Short version: this is a publication, not a shop. We describe trips run by other companies. Any contract you enter is with them, never with us.
1. Publisher
This website is published by REPLACE-WITH-LEGAL-ENTITY, 000 Example Street, Calgary, AB T0A 0A0, Canada, business number 0000000000 RC0001. Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. What we are not
We are not a tour operator, airline, travel agency, travel wholesaler or booking service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting as agent for Classic Canadian Tours, Frontiers North Adventures, Canadian North, Wapusk Adventures or any other business named on this site. Those names are used only to identify the businesses being described.
3. Nothing is sold here
This site contains no shopping cart, no booking engine, no reservation form and no payment facility. We take no money from visitors under any circumstances. All tours described are sold and operated by third parties, and any booking is made directly with them under their own terms and conditions of carriage.
4. Summary of the operator's booking terms
For your convenience, as at 2 August 2026: a CAD 500 deposit plus applicable taxes holds a seat, with the balance due 30 days later; bookings made within 90 days of departure are payable in full immediately; money paid is non-refundable unless the operator resells the seat, in which case a full refund or transfer to a following season is available. Cancelling 90 or more days out otherwise forfeits the deposit, and within 89 days forfeits the full trip price. Bookings may be transferred free of charge to another adult more than seven days before travel.
This is our summary and does not replace the operator's terms. Read theirs before you pay anything. Where the two differ, theirs govern.
5. Accuracy
We take care to describe these tours accurately, we work from operators' published information, and we date-stamp when each page was last checked. Prices, dates, inclusions, aircraft, availability and policies change without notice, and we cannot guarantee that everything here is current at the moment you read it. Confirm with the operator before making any decision that costs money.
6. No guarantee about wildlife
Nothing here should be read as a promise that you will see a polar bear or any other animal. The operator's own terms state that wildlife cannot be guaranteed, and we repeat it because it is true.
7. No commercial relationship
As at 2 August 2026 we receive no commission, referral fee, sponsorship or other payment from any operator named on this site, and no operator has reviewed or approved this content. If that changes, it will be disclosed prominently. See how this guide is funded.
8. Third-party links
We link to operators, airlines and tourism bodies so that you can verify what we write and go direct. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices or privacy policies.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it, nor for anything that occurs on a tour operated by a third party — including cancellation, delay, injury, loss of property or failure to see wildlife. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical or insurance advice.
10. Intellectual property
Text and layout on this site belong to REPLACE-WITH-LEGAL-ENTITY. Trademarks belong to their owners. You may quote briefly with attribution and a link; please do not republish pages wholesale.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applying there, and the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction.
